I am a certified massage therapist specializing in JinShou tuina and craniosacral therapy.<\/p>

I trained at the Montr\u00e9al Gongfu Research Centre.<\/p>

My training<\/h2>

My path toward Chinese medicine began through the study of martial arts, where I first witnessed the profound relationship between movement, circulation, and health. This experience led me to pursue formal training in Jin Shou Tuina and classical Chinese medicine with Ethan Murchie, Ac., completing a comprehensive program that included classical theory, clinical observation, and extensive hands-on practice.<\/p>

My clinical approach is deeply informed by the classical teachings of the Huangdi Neijing, which provides the foundation for understanding the body through Channel Theory\u2014the network of channels that regulates circulation, sensation, and physiological function.<\/p>

Since 2020, I have continued my training in internal martial arts\u2014including gongfu, taiji, and qigong\u2014at the Montr\u00e9al Gongfu Research Centre, where I remain an active student. In 2024, I also began studying with Somatic Experiencing International, expanding my capacity to support patients experiencing trauma, chronic tension, and nervous system dysregulation.<\/p>

I am a licensed massage therapist and a member of the Association Qu\u00e9b\u00e9coise des Th\u00e9rapeutes Naturels, and I provide receipts for insurance reimbursement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

My approach<\/h2>

I offer treatments rooted in the classical principles of Chinese medicine, using tuina\u2014a dynamic, clothed form of therapeutic bodywork\u2014to regulate the body through its channel system. Rather than focusing only on muscles, I assess patterns of tension, pain, and dysfunction through Channel Theory, working to restore proper communication and circulation throughout the body.<\/p>

My treatments also integrate craniosacral therapy, a gentle and precise method that works through the nervous system. This combination allows for care that is both structurally effective and deeply regulating, supporting recovery from injury, chronic pain, stress, and long-standing conditions.<\/p>

A central and distinctive aspect of my practice is the use of external herbal medicine. I frequently incorporate traditional herbal soaks, poultices, and liniments, which are applied directly to the body to reduce inflammation, move stagnation, accelerate tissue repair, and relieve pain. These methods are especially valuable for orthopedic injuries, joint problems, and chronic conditions that do not fully resolve with manual therapy alone.<\/p>

This integration of hands-on treatment with external herbal medicine reflects a complete clinical tradition and allows me to offer care that goes beyond conventional massage therapy.<\/p>
